This policy explains what information Contractor Systems collects through contractorsystems.net, how we use it, and who we share it with. It covers this website only. Services we provide under a separate signed agreement are governed by that agreement.
Information you give us
We collect what you type into our forms:
- Blueprint and contact inquiries: your name, company, email, phone number and, on some forms, your industry, company size, main challenge and any message you write.
- AI Business Evaluation: your contact details plus the answers you give about your business, such as services, team size, revenue range, tools, processes and goals.
- Strategy Session scheduling: the time you choose, your time zone and the contact details needed to confirm the appointment.
Information collected automatically
Our servers record basic technical details such as the page you came from, campaign tags in the link you followed and your browser type. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) records which pages you view and which actions you complete, such as submitting a form. We do not send your name, email, phone number or evaluation answers to analytics. If you decline, analytics does not load.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
- To produce your evaluation results and report. Results are generated with automated tools, including AI models, and are preliminary.
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel a Strategy Session.
- To send emails you request, such as confirmations and your evaluation results.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
Contractor Systems Brain
Contractor Systems Brain is our internal system for managing prospects, Technology Blueprints and client relationships. Completed evaluations and Strategy Session bookings are sent to it so our team can prepare for your conversation. Inquiries may also be entered there by our staff.
Service providers
We use outside providers to run this website, including website hosting, database hosting, email delivery (Resend), AI processing for evaluation results and, when you accept cookies, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. They receive only what they need to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information.
We email you about your inquiry, evaluation or appointment. You can reply at any time to ask us to stop contacting you.
Security
Submitted information is stored in access-controlled systems available to authorized Contractor Systems staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep information for as long as it is useful for the relationship or for our records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted by emailing info@contractorsystems.net. We will review and respond to each request.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
